AVAILABLE 24 HOURS

Storm & Property Checks are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to staff safety, weather conditions, road access and route availability. Attendance occurs only when conditions are considered safe. All other All Hale Compliance Services offerings operate during normal business hours unless otherwise arranged.

VISUAL CHECK AND REPORTING ONLY

This is a visual peace-of-mind property-check and reporting service only. It is not emergency response, structural assessment, insurance assessment, electrical fault diagnosis, tree removal, building inspection, trade work or certification.

We do not enter unsafe areas, approach fallen powerlines, climb onto roofs, move hazardous debris or work near unstable trees or structures. Where a concern requires emergency services, an insurer or a licensed trade, we will report what is visible and recommend the appropriate next step.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION

For a life-threatening emergency, call 000. For storm emergency assistance, contact VICSES on 132 500. Fallen powerlines and other electrical network hazards should be avoided and reported to the relevant electricity distributor or emergency authority.
