PREMIUM PLATINUM SHIELD

$1,540 annual incl. GST

· 11 monthly payments of $128.33 and a final $128.37 before any washing-unavailable credit. The $20 credit applies for each affected contract month. We are not advertising a saving while washing is unavailable.

WHAT EACH PLAN INCLUDES

Bin Placement — $1,040/year: 52 scheduled weekly cycles to place and return up to two accepted council bins at one property, following the applicable council calendar.

Basic — $1,183/year: Bin Placement plus one annual limited non-electrical smoke-alarm check for up to five accessible alarms.

Compliance — $500/year: Two scheduled fire-equipment visits for up to two accessible portable extinguishers and two accessible fire blankets; one annual limited test-and-tag visit for up to 10 eligible accessible portable electrical items; and one annual limited non-electrical smoke-alarm check for up to five accessible alarms. No bin service is included.

Hygienic — $1,300/year: Bin Placement plus contained washing of the accepted bins. You may enquire now, but the washing-dependent plan cannot commence or be charged until the washing service is released.

Premium Platinum Shield — $1,540/year: Bin Placement plus all Compliance services, with contained washing at no additional plan charge when released. This plan can commence with released services before washing is ready. A $20 GST-inclusive credit applies automatically for each affected contract month. For monthly customers, we deduct it from each affected instalment. Annual-upfront customers accrue the credit and may request a refund of the confirmed balance at any time or choose to use it for an accepted renewal or another separately quoted service.

WASHING IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE

Our contained bin-washing and wastewater-recovery equipment is being commissioned. We will not perform or charge for washing until equipment, insurance and wastewater controls are ready. We cannot promise a start date. Bin Placement, Basic, Compliance and the released parts of Platinum can be discussed now.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

We confirm the property, bin access, included items, service dates and any staged price or credit in an individual Service Schedule. Extra bins, electrical items, alarms, replacement equipment, repairs or specialist work need a separate agreed quote. Limited electrical test and tag is not a Victorian rental-property electrical installations and fittings safety check. Our plans do not renew automatically; the current customer terms allow convenience cancellation on 30 days’ written notice without a cancellation penalty, with a fair final account for services supplied. Australian Consumer Law rights remain available.
