VENUS BAY BIN CARE — WITHOUT THE WEEKLY HASSLE

BIN SERVICES THAT FIT YOUR PROPERTY

Weekly bin placement and return for homes and holiday properties across Venus Bay. Choose one 12-month plan for a predictable schedule, or enquire about a one-off service. Every price below is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Emergency bin empty-and-return is also available for confirmed bookings at $110 per accepted household bin, including GST and ordinary-waste disposal. Pay by tap-and-go after the visit if you are on site, or receive an invoice afterwards. Bin washing is not included.

BIN PLACEMENT — 12-MONTH PLAN

$1,040 for 12 months, including GST. Pay upfront or in 12 monthly instalments: 11 payments of $86.67 and a final payment of $86.63. This covers 52 scheduled weekly put-out and return cycles for up to two accepted council bins at one property. Washing is not included.

BASIC — BIN PLACEMENT + SMOKE-ALARM CHECK

$1,183 for 12 months, including GST. Pay upfront or in 12 monthly instalments: 11 payments of $98.58 and a final payment of $98.62. Basic adds one limited annual check of up to five accessible smoke alarms to the Bin Placement plan.

HYGIENIC — WASHING PLAN, NOT YET AVAILABLE

Proposed 12-month price: $1,300 including GST. Hygienic combines Bin Placement with contained washing of up to two accepted bins per scheduled cycle. This plan will not start and no payment will be taken until the washing equipment, insurance and wastewater controls are ready. Ask about Bin Placement for the interim.

PREMIUM PLATINUM SHIELD — OUR COMPLETE PLAN

$1,540 for 12 months, including GST. Platinum combines weekly two-bin placement and return with the agreed fire-equipment, limited electrical test-and-tag and smoke-alarm checks. Contained bin washing is included at no extra plan charge once released. Until then, we automatically credit $20 including GST for each affected contract month: monthly customers pay $20 less for that month, and annual-upfront customers can request a refund of accrued credit at any time.

ONE-OFF BIN PLACEMENT AND RETURN

$11 including GST per accepted bin for one put-out and return cycle. A one-off booking is paid upfront after the property, bin count, safe access and collection schedule are confirmed. No washing is included.

BIN WASHING IS COMING SOON

Our contained washing and wastewater-recovery system is being commissioned. We welcome enquiries and can record conditional future bookings for washing-dependent services, but no washing is supplied or charged until the equipment, insurance and lawful wastewater pathway are approved. Bin placement and return remain available, subject to route capacity and service acceptance. We will confirm release before arranging any washing.

Use the website enquiry form to tell us the property address, bin count and services you want. We will confirm the scope, access and available start date, then send a Service Schedule and agreement for your review. Extra bins or work outside the accepted inclusions are priced separately and agreed before work begins. Plans do not renew automatically; customer terms provide 30 days' written notice for convenience cancellation without a cancellation penalty, with a fair account for services supplied.
