All Hale Compliance Services is a mobile service. We attend the customer’s nominated property at the confirmed date and time. A paid service begins only after All Hale confirms the property, scope, price, timing and terms in writing and the customer accepts them. The customer must have lawful authority for the property and provide accurate booking information and safe, timely access to the property and the bins, appliances, alarms or safety equipment included in the booked service. Gates must be unlocked or access arrangements provided, pets secured, equipment accessible, known hazards disclosed and any required utilities available. If access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe, work may be paused or rescheduled and only fees disclosed and accepted before booking will apply. Property checks are limited visual observations and are not building, engineering, pest, security, insurance or emergency inspections. Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply.

A no-payment priority registration may be withdrawn at any time without charge. For an accepted one-off service, cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the service window has no fee. A shorter-notice charge may apply only after it is approved and disclosed and only where it reasonably reflects costs or loss actually incurred. If All Hale cancels an accepted service, the customer will be offered a reasonable reschedule or refund or credit for the affected service.

When a customer with appropriate authority accepts a bin-emptying, bin-handling or bin-cleaning service, they authorise All Hale to remove and sort eligible beverage containers or other recoverable items found in the serviced bin where lawful and reasonably practicable. Once removed during that service, those items become All Hale property and any container-deposit or recycling proceeds are retained by All Hale unless the confirmed booking states otherwise. This does not cover items outside the agreed bin, valuables, confidential material, dangerous goods, items clearly not intended for disposal or anything unlawful to remove.

Packaged services are charged as one fixed-price service visit through checkout, with the checkout quantity kept at 1. Each package covers the inclusions and maximum quantities stated on the relevant service page and product listing. Items above the stated package allowance, variations and work outside the package scope are charged only at the disclosed rate or an agreed price and require customer approval before the additional work proceeds. Package allowances are designed around a typical residential property but do not guarantee that every property or item will be covered. Final availability, route conditions, scope, timing and any property-specific requirements are confirmed before the service begins.

Electrical test-and-tag and smoke-alarm or fire-safety bookings are accepted only when the applicable scope, competency, authority and insurance requirements for the requested work have been verified. Until that verification is complete, the request remains an enquiry only and no service confirmation is accepted. The website is not an emergency channel. For immediate danger, fire or electrical hazards, contact emergency services or an appropriately licensed emergency provider. All Hale enquiries: 0480 647 138 or ahcomplianceservices@gmail.com.
