Holiday properties place kitchens, barbecues and electrical appliances under regular use. Fire extinguishers and fire blankets that are missing, damaged, inaccessible or overdue for attention may not be ready when occupants need them.

✅Maintenance status and pressure-gauge condition where applicable

✅Fire blanket condition, mounting and clear instructions

✅Clear identification of any item requiring replacement, repair or specialist attention

PRICING

$132 including GST is paid when booking and covers one service visit plus checks for up to two portable fire extinguishers and two fire blankets.

Additional extinguishers or fire blankets: $22 per item, including GST.

The package is designed to cover the equipment found in most holiday homes, helping clients finalise the standard service at booking. If additional items are present or requested at the property, they can be added to the service and charged separately.

STANDARDS AND SERVICE BOUNDARIES

Checks are completed in line with manufacturer instructions and the applicable requirements of AS 1851 for relevant fire-protection equipment. Replacement equipment, repairs, refilling, pressure testing and other specialist work are not included unless separately approved.
