All Hale Compliance Services brings scheduled bin support, limited electrical test and tag, smoke-alarm checks, fire-equipment visits and property checks together through one local provider.

Premium Platinum Shield combines our released services in one plan, with a $20 credit for each contract month that contained bin washing remains unavailable.

One-off services are quoted for an agreed property and scope. Our contained bin-washing and wastewater-recovery service is still being commissioned. We welcome enquiries and can record conditional future bookings, but washing will not be supplied or charged until equipment, insurance and wastewater controls are ready. We confirm your Service Schedule and agreement before accepting a plan booking or payment.

Smoke Alarm Shield

Smoke Alarm Shield — limited non-electrical check

A$143 including GST for one agreed service visit and a limited check of up to five accessible smoke alarms at one property. We visually inspect and function-test accessible alarms, check their condition and record the result. Suitable batteries for battery-operated alarms may be replaced where included in the agreed scope.

This is not electrical installation, hard-wired alarm repair or replacement. Any 240V work is referred to a licensed electrician. Replacement alarms, additional units and repairs require a separate agreed quote. We confirm access, alarm count and service scope before booking or payment.

Storm & Property Check

When the coast gets battered, you do not have to drive into it. Once conditions and access are safe, we attend your Venus Bay property and complete a visual check of accessible exterior areas. The $55 GST-inclusive visit includes photographs, a concise owner report and retrieval of accessible blown bins where safe. This is a visual peace-of-mind service only—we do not enter unsafe areas, access roofs, remove trees, handle fallen powerlines, perform repairs or provide electrical, structural or insurance assessments. Urgent hazards must be reported to the appropriate emergency service, electricity distributor or licensed contractor.

Fire Extinguisher & Fire Blanket Checks

Be ready before a small fire becomes a major emergency. Our fire-safety equipment check covers one service visit plus inspection of up to two portable fire extinguishers and two fire blankets—helping ensure essential equipment is accessible, visibly serviceable and ready when needed.

$132 includes GST, paid upfront. Additional extinguishers or fire blankets are $22 includes GST per item. If extra items are present or requested at the property, they can be added to the service and charged separately.

Replacement equipment, repairs, refilling, pressure testing and specialist work are not included unless prior approval.

Appliance Shield — Electrical Test & Tag

Protect your guests, your property and your reputation from hidden electrical faults. Appliance Shield provides visual inspection, electrical safety testing, tagging and recording for accessible portable electrical appliances.

$132 includes GST, paid upfront. This covers one call-out visit plus inspection, testing, tagging and recording of the first 10 accessible portable electrical appliances.

Additional appliances: $6.60 includes GST per completed item.

You may provide an estimated quantity when booking. The actual number of appliances tested will be confirmed after the service, and only items above the included 10 will be invoiced separately.

Kerbside Concierge — Bin Out & Return

Kerbside Concierge — Bin Out & Return

We place each accepted council bin at the kerb for its scheduled collection and return it inside the property line after emptying, subject to safe access and the current council calendar.

A$11 including GST per accepted bin for one put-out and return cycle. Two accepted bins in the same cycle are A$22 including GST as separate one-off bookings. Bin washing, extra bins, missed collections and waste removal are not included. We confirm the property, bins and timing before accepting a booking or payment.

For regular two-bin weekly service, compare the 12-month Bin Placement plan instead of arranging 52 separate bookings.
